Asbury Manor
Our newest building opened in January 2008 and is a beautiful retreat center that sleeps 31, including two handicapped accessible bedrooms with adjoining baths on the first floor. There is a large dining room and living room that will provide you with a warm atmosphere for your small to medium group meetings. A kitchen is also available at an additional charge if groups prefer to cook their own meals. Each bedroom includes wifi, alarm clock, pillow and blanket.
Willmott Lodge
This building offers year round, motel-style accommodations with sixteen bedrooms, with semi-private bathrooms (shared between two rooms) The total sleeping capacity is 36. There is a large meeting room in the center, and a bathroom in each of the two entryways. Each bedroom includes wifi, alarm clock, pillow and blanket.
Beckwith Cabin
Beckwith Cabin sleeps up to five and has a toilet, sink and shower.
Batavia & Mabuce Cabins
Identical in most aspects, these two cabins are winterized and have a refrigerator, microwave, sink and dishes in a common room. Each dorm room has its own bathroom (two per cabin) and sleeps 11 people (22 total per cabin). There is a campfire circle between them.
Little Cedars
The three Little Cedar Cabins--Akron, Ontario, and Unversity--are all identical. They're named after the churches that sponsored their construction. They each sleep 13 people and have their own bathroom.
Big Cedar Cabin
This large cabin sleeps 29 people in various rooms on bunk beds, has a lounge area, two bathrooms, and a covered porch with seating.
Asbury also offers a variety of meeting and recreational spaces:
Koinonia Inn
Koinonia Inn has a large versitile dining room upstairs where the Food Service Team offers a combination of family and buffet style dining. Downstairs is a large program space that is available for rent by retreat groups.
Snack Shack
The Snack Shack is used during our summer camp program.
Infirmary
There's always a health care professional on site whenever summer camp is in session.
Swimming Pool
This 22 yard, heated swimming pool is 4 feet deep at the shallow end and 10 feet deep at the deep end. It is patrolled by the camp's lifeguards for all summer groups. It's available for use by retreat groups based on lifeguarding staff availability.
